 Victoria is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist who specialises in both Paediatric Occupational Therapy services, and ASD and ADHD assessment and diagnosis for young people and adults. 

Victoria has been an Occupational Therapist (OT) for 20 years in the NHS, working extensively in the field of both paediatrics and neurodiverse services to provide assessment and specialist advice and treatment across the lifespan. Victoria also has specialist experience working in community teams for learning disability with adults, community Stroke rehabilitation and older adult mental health services. 

Victoria continues to work in the NHS with an autism service offering ASD and ADHD assessments to adults and young people. She is Operational Lead for the service, supporting service development and high standards of clinical practice and patient care. She won an inspiration award from the NHS trust in 2017 for her outstanding work with patients. In 2017 she had a case vignette published in a therapy book, manualising an OT approach to CIMT for children with Hemiplegia. 

Victoria’s specialist skills include ASD & ADHD assessment and diagnostics, specialist complex posture management for adults and children (24 hour postural care and specialist seating/sleep system prescription), Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT), assessment of handwriting difficulties, fine and gross motor skill assessment and treatment, and has extensive experience with advanced report writing for the EHCP process and diagnostics. 

Victoria provides training to carers, families, school and social care staff for adults and children with complex physical, social, mental health needs, optimising functional independence and promoting quality of life. 

Victoria is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, and a member of the Specialist Section for Independent Practice (RCOTSS-IP).
